General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Discharge from the eyes can commonly occur in the cough and cold particularly in children, this may be due to spread of the discharge to the eyes by the child's hands.

Sinus infection would normally present with sneezing, nasal discharge , nasal congestion, facial pain , headache.

It would be best to take her to the doctor for assessment and treatment. She may need antibiotics for her eyes.
Eye hygiene would also be a part of treatment. This would include wiping off the discharge persistently with clean material.

I hope this helps
