What causes chronic constipation?

I have had a weird problem that has taken over my life for five years now, but no doctor seems to know what it is. I started off with just constipation. Chronic constipation. But then one day I couldn t go at all. AT ALL. It was blocked somehow. The only thing that came out was mucous like clear to yellow stuff. I thought I had worms. Over the past 5 years, it has only gotten worse. I have tried everything, but doctors say I have IBS. I have gas that never ever stops. The stuff that comes out now has become stringy and spongy. I have researched a lot and the only thing I have found relatively close is candida albicans. Is this common? Could that be it? I cannot go to the bathroom without using water enemas.

You need diet modification. Take the fiber-based diet and green leafy vegetables and fruits. Take plenty of fluids and have a habit if light exercise in mornings. Reduce intake of meat-based products as these likely cause it and refuse intake of sugar based products. Moreover, take light foods in the diet. These measures will help to relieve from gas and constipation.
