Babies with reflux are often fussy and agitated because reflux is the upward movement of stomach contents into the esophagus and sometimes into or out of the mouth. For improving this condition I suggest:
-Elevating the head of the child's bed.
-Keeping the child upright for at least two hours after eating.
-Serving several small meals throughout the day, rather than three large meals.
-Limiting foods and beverages that seem to worsen your child's reflux.
-Encouraging your child to get regular exercise. If the symptoms don't improve i suggest to talk to your pediatrician in order to take reflux medications . Also you can give your baby a lactose free formula if baby still drinks milk.
