What Causes Chest Squeezed Feeling And Ache In Hands?

Hi Doctor, I am from India. Now it is 4:00 a.m and I got wake up all of suddenly. I feeling the entire chest squeezed and ache in the hands. Not able to sleep. Had dosa in the night and slept around 10:30. I never had this feeling earlier. What is the reason. Request your suggestions please.

I completely understand your question
this kind of pain can be due to gastritis / peptic ulcer disease/ gerd or cardiac disease like angina.
you need to consult a general physician - or emergency deptt ,he may request for an ecg and evaluate the cause and rule out any cardiac cause and ll prescribe you the medicines needed as per the cause.
currently you can have a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole after consulting a physician.
