hi
mild tricuspid regurgitation is a very normal finding and is not responsible for your symptoms
your symptoms are rather suggestive of stable angina
pain in walking is referred to as angina on exertion grade 2
-and breathlessness is called dyspnoe on exertion grade 2
both are classical features of stable angina
i would suggest you to go for
tread mill test as this test will indicate if there is sny compromise in blood supply to heart during strenous exercise
thank you
