l have chest pains when stressing on a regular bases...l do not sleep because when l close my eyes l get maybe dizzy and my body feels funny and l wake up so quickly that my heart is pounding and l feel so strange in my sleeping state... this has been happening more and more..almost feel depressed and anxious...breathing gets rapid..hard to explain but my mind also feels weird...even just sitting here now when l close my eyes l feel dizzy and my chest tightens and l breathe different is this anxiety....
