What Causes Chest Pain?

I am having occasional left jaw pain. I am 82 years old and had a silent heart attack 22 years ago.Also I am having an occasional minor chest pain when I twist or move quickly.I there any danger of some heart problem?I am actively involved in softball and metal detecting (3 times each week)Thank you.Dave S.

As you had MI in past and your current symptoms could point to cardiovascular pathology. I would suggest you to visit a cardiologist for detailed examination so that even if there is any such problem then it could be dealt on time.
