What Causes Chest Pain?

I have MVP and am having chest pain daily. Not severe but consistent multiple times a day with increasing frequency. It is just a deep ache over the center and left side of my chest. No sweating or anything. It is not caused by exercise. Should I wworry?

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Many patients of MVP have non-specific chest pain which is atypical and is difficult to evaluate. It is often sub-sternal or left inframammary pain prolonged, and not related to exertion, but may rarely resemble angina pectoris.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Tushar Kanti Biswas,
