What Causes Chest Pain With Palpitations Or Syncope?
When i go to sleep at night i get chest pains and or irregular heartbeat or a fainting sensation like my tongue gets tingly for a second. Ill wake up from it and then have anxiety. Ill try to go back to sleep and it keeps happening.. eventually i will usually fall asleep. This has been happening almost every night. Thoughts? Thanks
