What Causes Chest Pain With Dizziness And Vomiting?

Hi. I went for a 20min jog about 7 hours ago and have been suffering with chest pain since. Its is in the centre of my chest, more when i take a deep breath. I went through a phase of being dizzy and very light headed for about 3-4hours and also vomited. Should i go the the emergency room to get checked?
Thanks

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Certainly you need to visit emergency room and get your ECG done, blood pressure checked and echo done. Also if ECG and other test are normal then you may need TMT test. Also get your lipid profile, sugars tested. Avoid smoking if any. Keep monitoring your blood pressure regularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
