What Causes Chest Pain While Suffering From Deep Vein Thrombosis?

I have been diagnosed with DVTs and PEs several times, and usually with PEs I have experienced chest pain. Several times in the last few days I have not had much chest pain, but I have had pain just below my right shoulder blade. I have not been injured or strained there. Should I be concerned that this pain might be a symptom of PE ?? I have been diagnosed with SLE and with Fibromyalgia.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I think the pain Is related to fibromyalgia because pulmonary oedema is an emergency situation that effects your breathing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
