Hi Doctor, My wife has been prescribed and has been taking Tab Libotryp - chlodiazepoide 5mg, amitryptiline chloride 12.5mg combination drug, for suspected Diabetic Neuropathy for the last 3 years. she takes Metformine 500mg BD and Methyl cobalmine 1 OD alongwith this. she experiences chest pains on the right side and a kind of liquidy flowing feeling while sleeping and turning over to either side. she had earlier had side effects of Water Retention due to consumption of a tab Piofloxacine. Could you please advise?
