Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello,

Among the side effects of Gabapentin are shortness of breath, tiredness and chest pain. It is not wise for a patient to stop a prescription medication without first discussing it with the prescribing physician.

Please get in touch with your son's physician as soon as possible. It is important that he/she knows what is happening with his/her patient.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arnold Zedd,
Pediatrician
