What Causes Chest Pain When I Take A Deep Breath?

I have chest pain when I try to take a deep breath, lightheaded, very dizzy at times, some numbness and tingling in my hands, arms, legs and feet, at times quit bad and have been having a lot head, neck and shoulder pain. This has been off and on for about a month. I have fibromyalgia and autoimmune hepatitis but my last labs were fine. My fibro pain has been worse and I m extremely tired all the time. My mother just passed and one of my daughters just moved home with five animals so I m sure that some of this is due to stress. Heart and autoimmune disease runs in the family. Try to find a new family doctor and make an appointment or go to the ER?

Hello,

There are many reasons for chest pain while taking a deep breath as
- Lung lower lobe problems
- Ligament or muscle related
- Issues with diaphragm, liver, spleen - stress, anxiety related.
I would recommend getting examined by a family physician for better management guidelines.
