What Causes Chest Pain Radiating To The Arm?
I have had a continuous pain in my upper right chest which is now radiating into my right armpit dow arm elbow to
lower arm and fingers also numbing sensation along pain. had a blood test for blood clot that was negative.taken anti biotics also pain killers and anti inflamatories and get no relief at all from anything. pain is constant

Right sided chest pain with radiation to right upper limb may be due to many reasons like spondylotic changes in cervical spine,pulmonary or muculoskeletal causes etc.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver and renal function test,X-ray cervical spine(AP/Lateral view),chest-X ray(PA view),ultrasound of abdomen,ECG,ECHO.
Treatment depend upon findings.
