What Causes Chest Pain Radiating To Hand And Ear Along With Vomiting?

I seem to have acute chest pain somewhere right from my heart(This pain had earlier radiated to my right hand and ear this morning). Yesterday, I even vomited twice. I've been having loose motions for the past two days and my stool appears to be totally watery. I also have headaches frequently. My family members believe that it's due to stress and depression. (I've taken Vitamin tablets, Myospaz and Paracetamol)

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Here first viral infection can be the possibilities....
You might have generalised viral infection...
Symptomatic management done...

Maintain hydration as diarrhea is present..
Soft and bland meal taken for few days...

If congestive symptoms presents like running nose , headache etc then antihistaminic given like benadryl....

Take prophylactic ciproflix antibiotic....

For vomitting domperidone can be taken...

Do your CRP , LFT also.....

If excess stress taken then such presentation can occur ....
So avoid stress....

Take care.
