Hi, at the start of the week I had a sharp pain in the right wield my chest and it hurt to take deep breaths and cough etc. late that afternoon I had a really high temp and these symptoms continued but seemed to get better ( appart from bad headache) by Tuesday afternoon with continued paracetamol and ibuprofen. Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi. I can understand your concern.
If the chest pain is disturbing your routine activity then get a chest x ray done to rule out any lung infection . As you are also running temperature you will need a detailed evaluation for the same. Consult a pulmonologist.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
