What Causes Chest Pain For A Diabetic Suffering From Congestive Heart Failure?

I have a sharp pain on the right side of my chest, that is intermittent
I am a diabetic and I take insulin. Blood sugar is presently 5.6 CDN Reading. I used a Nitro-Dur Patch and the pain appeared to be relieved. I removed the patch after I started to get a headache. However the headache appears worse and the chest pain has returned. I suffer from a chronic cardiac condition Congestive Heart Failure.

If you do have right side chest pain with history of congestive hear failure then using nitro patch wont work, of course this will subside the pain, in your complete cardiac evaluation is must, and according to the test result medicines has to be given, ( Here you have not given your age and gender, due to this given advise is limited ) hope this helps you
