What Causes Chest Pain Between Ribs And Above Stomach?
Earlier today inexperience chest pain in between my ribs above my stomach and I has some shortness of breath. About an hour later my left upper arm has been hurting. It hurts also on the left side of my neck at times. Could this be symptoms of a heart attack?

Most common presentation of gastritis and heart attack are like the symptoms what you told
90% of such symptoms will result in gastritits, do not get panicked and get an ECG done immediately and get the report read by experienced physician
This is done to rule out heart attack
If I were your primary physician would have ruled our heart attack and then councelled for gastritis. please do the ECG and get back
