What Causes Chest Pain, Anxiety And Breathlessness In A Heart Patient?

female 76 yrs, general good health, 5 tall, 114 lbs. woke up this morning, after tense marital arguments for two days, with tension in chest, ache, can become more intense then subside, but always there in some degree, when increased can be anxiety producing, then in this kind of pattern, a bit of radiating discomfort in upper arms both sides --- n0w 2:27 am and worrying. no rapid heart beat. I have stent in LAD since 2014, only symptom then breathlessness, Cholesterol now low with statin (94) no activity problems at all, triglis 54, . Can you suggest anything or need more info? this is going on all day now. Blood pressure well controlled with HTZ and lisinopril low doses each. these are my only prescription drugs. currently taking flaxseed oil(1 daily),

If problem is severe, then you can get a TMT done to check for any fresh changes or get an angiography redone to rule out re-block of the stent.
