What Causes Chest Pain And Resting Pulse Rate Of About 100?

hi i am a 30 yr old female i have a resting pulse rate of more than a 100 and have chest pain on on the left side. my ecg reports are all fine my doctor has prescribed supermet xl 25 and stalopam plus for 2 months but the pain still persists the doctor has not been able to tell me the reason for the pain

There are many reasons chest pin and tachycardia.. But continued heart rate above 100 is not good for anybody so first step is to find cause for tachycardia if we can.. The initial steps are check ur tsh( thyroid profile) try to be stressfree .. About chest pain checkbur vit d3 levels and correct it if less.. Do treadmill test to rule out coronary artery disease.. As of now till these tests u can continue the same medications.. Hope this will solve ur problem..
