What Causes Chest Pain And Passing Black Stool While Treating For Kidney Stone?
Hello Doctor,I have a pain in right side of chest and back. I also have a stone in my right kidney. But I am really scared after having black stool. whenever, I have too much pain in my chest I got black stool. I had ultrasound last month but its result was OK. Can you please suggest me for the treatment.

Passing black color stool indicates that there might be having some bleeding from stomach or intestines.
Along with kidney stone having black stool might be coincidence or taking some NSAID medicine regularly for long time for kidney pain.
This might be due to hyper acidity producing gastritis.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Meanwhile take Omeprazole daily for some time.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
