I have been having pains in my chest left arm and left shoulder blade. I have these pains sitting still. I can walk stairs actually jogged and other activities and no increase in pain. I was in the er 2 weeks ago and blood work and keg shows nothing. Gets really bad at times. No shortness of breath. Do feel anxious sometimes. What do you think .
Hello, I have studied your case and I think that you might be having cervical spondylitis. This is nerve compression in the neck. In this condition pain goes from shoulder to elbow and hand. To confirm the diagnosis I would recommend you x ray of the neck.If it shows that you have cervical spondylitis you need to follow these steps. 1. Avoid using very high pillow. 2. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal is helpful in it. 3. Soft cervical collar will give support to your neck. 4. Intermittent cervical traction exercises is also useful. I hope these steps will help you in this pain. You can share your x ray report with me, I will try my best to help you. Thanks
