What causes chest pain and low grade fever while suffering from histoplasmosis?

I have been dormant nodale in my lung they say is hystoplasmosis. it has been their since 1973. I contacted it while in Vietnam. they say nothing to worry about, but I ve been having chest pains low grade fever coughing and chills for about two years .

It seems you are having fungal pneumonia like lung infection.

For that antifungal drug needs to be prescribed.

Chest x ray and sputum culture investigation can be done for that
