What Causes Chest Pain And Difficulty In Swallowing?

I feel nauseous and like I m going to faint about half hour to hour after I eat no matter what I eat. Lasts about 2 hours. Had a nissen fundoplication 2 years ago. Could something have gone wrong with that. Aldo suffering from pain in chest and difficulty seallowing.
