What Causes Chest Pain And Cracking Sound While Breathing?

Hello Doctor.I am 21 years old.I have a chest pain since 5 months when I release my breath and it makes a sound like crack when I breath deeply.I would like to know if it is serious.It also hurts a lot when I touch the area.Could it be just a muscular pain?.Thank you.I am looking forward your response..Good luck!

1. Fracture of ribs
2. Muscular inury.

Get ECG, Chest Xray.
