I'm having chest pain and pain in both arms (worse in left). The arm pain comes and goes every couple of seconds and periodically throughout the day my left arm feels really warm. I've been to the ER three times in the last six months with anxiety attacks. I have had several EKGs done in the last six months which were perfectly normal. I don't feel anxious about anything other than the symptons I have that feel like a heart attack.
