What Causes Chest Pain And Acid Reflux?

Ive recently started smoking Camel Crush cigarettes again and have been bulimic for about 3 years. I have had chest pain on and off lasting about 3 days now and I have stopped purging since my chest pains started after a binge/purge a few days ago. I also have had acid reflux for years. Should I stop purging, or can I have a heart attack at any moment? The chest pain is dull, lasting several hours, sometimes in my left arm as well.
