What Causes Chest Pain After Smoking?

I am an 18 year old female and I woke up this morning with chest and back pains and am having trouble breathing. I went to a party last night and had 3 beers and a few cigs. I have smoked in the past but it has never been regular and I drink on average about once a month. I was wondering whats wrong and how I can make the pain go away?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Possibility of acute gastritis related chest pain is more likely.
You had beers and cigarette smoking yesterday and both of these are known to cause gastritis.
So take pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach twice daily.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
Quit smoking and alcohol forever.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
