What Causes Chest Pain After Consuming Alcohol?

hi just wondering what this may be.. When i drink alcohol i get an overall pain mostly across my chest and shoulder its a tight cramp feeling and my cheeks and mouth also feels numb this pain normally lasts about an hour .. Can someone tell me why this may be ?

First, having a lot of bad symptoms would imply reasons to NOT take something.
Second, I cannot say in your particular case.
And, alcohol has solvent effects on the stomach and causes more reflux of stomach contents up the esophagus. This will cause irritation which often feels like chest pain.
It is a vasodilator and causes flushed feeling.
Some people do not break it down rapidly and one biproduct (acetaldehyde) builds up and causes more flushing and feeling just not very good.
In individual cases there could be a wide variety of other effects even on heart.
