What Causes Chest Pain After A Muscle Pull?

I m 58 yr old male er yesterday for chest pain they did an ekg and blood work showed nothing mentioned about pain in right side of neck that when it comes is very sharp proceeded to say muscle pull I believe it s my artery is blockage have appointment with cardiologist although I did pull muscle in shoulder and neck about a month ago where my chest on right side was swollen including breast and shoulder blood pressure slightly elevated had blood work done a month ago no blood pressure elevated just last couple day s slightly elevated they took blood when I first got there then 4 hours later another tube was taken can you tell me why that was done ty
