Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a panic attack.

But, before coming to this conclusion, I would recommend checking first thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction and blood electrolytes for possible imbalance.

Starting pregabalin may help improve your situation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
