General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

- Indigestion with bloating
- Hyper acidity with dyspepsia.
- Bony weakness due to osteoporosis.
- a possible problem in blood supply to heart.
- Avoid spicy food/drink lot of water/ try taking small meals every 3 hours/take digestive enzyme preparation over the counter./suck tabs of Gelusil MPS 2 three times a day.

If no relief in 3 days, you need physical examination and needful investigations to pin point the cause followed by specific treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
