Hello, I am 40, male, non smoker, non drinker, 6ft and weighing 207 pound. For a week now, I ve been experiencing some strange sensations in my chest area. Like needles stinging, fullness, dull pain and an occasional thud that would go from the chest front to my back. The pain was sometimes concentrated on the sternum area, then would flow into the sides (under the arms). The symptoms don t come all together, but always differently. Don t have pain in my left arm, neither any pain in neck or jaw. My bp was 117 - 77 and heartbeat 70/min. I immediately get panicked and think I m having a heart attack. I went to a chardiologist 5 months ago, had blood test echo and stress test on the treadmill. Nothing unnormal was found. Should I go back to my doctor? Thank you for your input and time. Michael
