Hello,

All the given symptoms are suggestive of dyspepsia, and it may be associated with infection and acid peptic disease. If I would be a doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with tablet Omeprazole once in a day with tablet Domperidone once in a day, tablet Doxycycline once in a day.

Avoid taking a heavy meal, spicy food, junk food, have fresh food, have more vegetable diet, leafy vegetable, drink more water, avoid taking coffee, alcohol, smoking prior to bed, no stressful life.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
