What Causes Chest And Arms Pain Despite A Clear Nuclear Stress Test?

I recently has a nuclear stress test. The nurse called and said that the rsults were that my heart was fine. How could my heart be fine if my chest and arms hurt after the test was finished, and I was just sitting in a chair? This test was chemically induced. SMA
