What Causes Changes In The Menstrual Cycle?
Hi Dr, I am 26 yrs old and got married 10 months back. I am noticing certain changes in my menstrual cycle since few months. Although I get periods on excat dates every month, but the amount of blood has decreased. I get lower-than-normal bleeding for 2 days and then only light spotting for another 2 days. I am also having hairfall since 2 years. Please suggest a remedy.

Because your periods are less and you have hair loss you might have PCOS (policystic ovarian disease). You might need a physical examination with your doctor and very likely some tests like FSH, LF and testosteron levels to confirm or rule out PCOS.
