What Causes Changes In The Menstrual Cycle?

Hi, I am have a 28days menstruak cycle, 3days to my expected day, I noticed blood drop from me, I had to use a tampon, didn t drop again until later in d afternoon , d tampon was full, d following day, wasn t heavy also (unlike my normal period thats usually heavy on d first 2days,), on d third day which is supposed to be d day I begin my period, nothing came, no blood, just little much later in d evening, then like cramp, this is d fourth day and I v been having like cramp and when I wipe, I see small amount of brown blood with tiny clot. Pls what does that mean?

HI ,
this may be due to hormonal imbalance .
It could be due to PCOD Or fibroid .
You should get ultrasound pelvis.
if it is for first time you no need to worry because it occurs due to some stress and low hemoglobin
if it occurs repeatedly get your complete blood picture and get thyroid levels and estrogen progesterone and prolactin levels.
consult a gynic .
