ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

well , there can be a number of possibilities like damage to the nerve supplying the vocal cords during surgery or damage to the cords themselves due to intubation injury and you will have to meet your ent doctor for confirming this, only once the exact cause is known , i can tell you about the prognosis and further action plan!
please meet your ent doctor
Thanks
