What Causes Canker Sore Near Vaginal Opening?

I have a canker sore like sore near my vaginal opening, accompanied by brown discharge. The discharge may be unrelated but I found it worth noting. The sore is white and crater like and exteremely sore (making me be really uncomfortable just walking and sitting). Sometimes it is slightly itchy but not severe. I just did a salt water treatment and some antibiotic ointment to help in healing. I m sexually active with my first boyfriend & we ve been together steady for 3 years. Could this be due to frictional stress or possibly an infected scratch? (2nd option may be odd)

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be boil it may be infective but may not be in state that it could need antibiotic, but it can be simply treated with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day" such lesion could be due to folliculitis (Pulling of hair may be the cause) but this is nothing to worry, everything would be fine, take care.
