What Causes Calf Numbness With Tingling?

I had a DVT in left leg behind my knee and PE about this time last year. I have been off warfarin for a week and now getting a bit of numbness and tingling in my calf, there is nothing to see on the skin and it comes and goes, I am worried about this, I have only been off the warfarin for a week.

Respected Sir, hi first of all there is no narration weather you stopped warfarin on your own or as per your physician advise.Start Warfarin if stopeed on your own, in my clinic I recommend additional tab containing methylcobalamine and pregabalin but as they are prescribed medicines you have to consult your physician for the same dear thanks regards hope you fast speedy recovery.
