What Causes Buttock Blisters With Spreading Umbilicus Rashes?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my 9 monthe old boy has had blister like spots in his nappy area for about 6 weeks now, dr thought it was impetigo, then a bacterial infection and was on antibiotics Seem to clear up then started up again now its dryin up but he still has a rash Spreadin up to his belly button small white red spots....what can this be....need it to clear up now?

Conditions like skin pustules or impetigo must be ruled out. Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

As a first-line management you can try over the counter available topical antibiotics like mupirocin for symptomatic relief.
