What Causes Burping With Watery Diarrhea?

Metallic tasting burps, watery diarrhea and nausea. What is causing this? I get very metallicy tasting burps and after about 4-5 hours of these nasty burps I develope very watery diarrhea and sometimes nausea will accompany it but mostly just the diarrhea. This has happened on more than one occasion, I have come to know that when i get these nasty burps, it s going to be a long day in the bathroom later on. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Watery diarrhea with burping symptom may be because of gastroenteritis.
Stool examination test is helpful for diagnosis.

In irritable bowel syndrom, abdominal cramps with watery diarrhea may present.

Giardiasis may rule out .some food allegy may lead to abdominal pain and watery diarrhea with burping.
Lactose intolerance can cause this problems.
Travelling diarrhea may cause watery diarrhea eith burping.
