What Causes Burping And Heartburn Despite A Normal Colonoscopy Report?

My symptoms: burping, feeling hungry, ache in my back/upper left side, passing multiple soft stools in a couple hours, heartburn . I had a minor case of colon cancer a year ago, a blocked colon in July followed by an ileus a couple weeks later. I had a colonoscopy 3 weeks ago and everything looked great. any ideas?

hello

thank you for trusting HCM

dear heartburn and burping may be caused by acute gastritis with GERD. other possibilities like peptic ulcer disease, IBS irritable bowel syndrome etc. use tab.nexium before breakfast for five days.tab.librax 5mg twice a day for five days. avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid caffeinated beverages. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. follow up with colonoscopy frequently. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
