What Causes Burning Sensation With Pain In Right Shoulder?
i have a burning painful irritation in my upper back right side shoulder blade level. it even has a feeling of itching sometimes but there is Nothing visible on the surface of the skin. it has been constant for several weeks now, do you know what it could be?

Do you feel any pain when you move your arm or shoulder?
I'f you don't then the problem may not be in your muscular and bone system but somewhere else.
Gallbladder stones give such type of pain, in the upper part of your back near the shoulder blade.
I recommend you to do an abdominal ultrasound and check your liver, gallbladder, pancreas, and other abdominal organs.
