Hi
I appreciate your concern for the burning sensation of your upper legs.
Meclizine is one the safe drugs used in the treatment of vertigo.
The burning sensation of both the upper legs as you are experiencing is not caused by meclizine.
It may be due to some nutritional deficiency of vitamin like Vitamin B12.

You can relieve from the burning sensation by using Mecobalmine and Amitryptiline tablets. For that you may have to visit your gp.

Hope this suggestion could be useful in getting the treatment of burning sensation.
Good health.
