What Causes Burning Sensation In Throat, Dizziness And Stomach Pain?

i smoke. i have burning in the lower part of my throat, im dizzy when i stand up and the ground feels uneven. im not hungry at all, no food sounds appetizing. i dont sleep and my stomach hurts whenever i injest food or drinks and i have loss of depth perception. what is wrong with me ?

Hello,
The burning in throat would have been due to reflux disease and that could have been because of the ulcer in stomach , and so you do not feel like eating.
But dizziness could not be explained by that unless you are not eating or drinking water at all and there is dehydration.
You should get examined by doctor .
If the stomach problem is this severe you are advised to take antacid injection like pantoprazole injection. And so fluids could also be given by injection .
