What Causes Burning Sensation In The Upper Back?

Wednesday my skin on my upper back felt like a burning/tingling sensation almost like a rash but there was nothing there. Yesterday a few bumps appeared in the center of my chest and just now I noticed some bumps in the center of my back, the upper right side of my back and under my right armpit. It hasn t been itchy. The burning/tingling sensation is much less and it kinda just feels sore. What could it be?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

I have studied your case,
This can be skin infection or allergic rash .

You may need clinical examination and further investigation.
You may get symptomatic relief with tab Tryptomer which you can start consulting your doctor.

Another possibility is mixed infections with fungal and bacterial infections in which local application both anti fungal and antibacterial creams are required.
Keep good hygiene of skin.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
