General & Family Physician 's  Response
it is suggestive of dyspepsia aka gastritis...or acidity..so the medicines are correct but you may take them twice a day..also your bloating and loose stools suggest that this dyspepsia may be because of some stress which may also be leading to irritable bowel symptoms. learn to relax..stop smoking. eat less oily protein rich diet and also eat less vegetables .they cause gas formation..reduce tea and coffee ..have 5 small equally spaced meals rather than large infrequent meals. yoga may also help..
