What Causes Burning Sensation In The Penis After Intercourse?
Hi why is it after having sex for awhile I get a burning sensation. It started after a good while and when we went to switch positions to her on bottom I couldn t stand the burning pain from my penis. Burning sensation was at the head of the penis. And underneath the top of the head.

It might be STI (sexually transmitted infection).
Advice
1. Azithromycin 500 mg daily per oral for 7 days
2. Drink 4 – 5 liters of uncontaminated water to flush out bacteria
3. Drink fruit juice and cranberry juice
4. Use condohanksm before sex
5. Investigations
a. R/E of urine
b. VDRL
c. HBsAg (Australia antigen)
d. HCV DNA
e. HIV screening
